Hitler issued the 'Nero decree' in March 1945 to have Germany destroyed.
Hitler didn't want anything to fall into allied hands but he was also dissappointed in the German people who he though had failed him!
Responsibility for carrying out the order was given to Albert Speer who purposefully ignored it
Maybe Putin's generals will act in a similar way if given the order to destroy the world?
