Interesting but I think an aspect was missed. Frequentist hypothesis testing is only applicable to formally designed experiments with randomisation. If its just data you swept off the floor than you cannot say you have THE TRUTH since there may be all sorts unknown unknowns making the data biased and you won't have thought of them all.

So basically you end up with an opinion anyway.
